You receive the following services, benefits, and training during your 1 Year Elite: 

🟣 Access to any training day on the schedule  - whether it is on site or off site

🟣 Access to small group training 5 to 6 days weekly for 52 weeks

🟣 Jo will provide UP TO 2 personal training sessions weekly (in the event) that you miss your regularly schedule small group sessions during the week.  Limited to 2 sessions weekly (we only ask that you don't take advantage of this, as this is a respectful courtesy) I.e. "deliberately missing small group so that you can do PT instead" Let's be fair, ethical, and respectful of each other's time and efforts 🧡

🟣 Access to all sauna sessions held during the month - monthly  - for 12 months

🟣 Access to all boxing sessions held, all weekend hikes held, and all waistline sessions throughout the month for 12 months 

🟣 Food coaching every 3 weeks - held face to face (or) over the phone whichever works for the comfort and convenience of both trainee and trainer 

🟣 Before photo, progress photos, active photos, and after photos taken of you during your journey here
